Moderation Is The Key To Life

People often think of healthy eating as an all or nothing preposition, but a key foundation for any healthy diet is moderation, but what is moderation for a healthy life? It means eating any as much food as our body need only. We should feeel satisfied at the of a meal, but not stuffed. Moderation is also about balance. We would have what certain fat diets such as carbohydrates, protein, fat, fiber, vitamins and mineral to substain a healthy body. For the goal of healthy eating is to develop a diet that we can maintain for life, not just a few weeks or months of until we have hit ideal weight. For example, eating less than we do now. Eating bacon for breakfast once a week could be consideres moderation if we follow with a healthy lunch and dinner but not if we allow it with fast food. If we eat too colories of chocolate one afternoon, balance it out by deducting too colories from our evening meal. If we still hungry, fill up with an extra serving of fresh vegetables and fruits.
